S.A.L.T. is more than a leadership initiative. It’s a movement of transformation raising up a generation that doesn’t just serve the Kingdom, but helps shape it and continues its legacy. Born from the heart of the Swamp Corps summer camp culture, S.A.L.T. exists to guide Kingdom Kids into becoming Kingdom Leaders, rooted in identity, equipped with purpose, and awakened to their role in Jesus’ New World Order (Psalm 2).The journey doesn’t stop there! S.A.L.T. also calls Kingdom Leaders of the Older Generation to become Kingdom Partners, men and women who no longer see the younger generation as “the next” but as “the now,” walking hand-in-hand in the mission of Christ.Armed with a re-aligned mindset of partnership, they will lead the effort of engaging and mobilizing the young servants.This shared transformation becomes a bridge, a sacred structure built from both sides, closing the generational gap and creating space for shared vision, mutual trust, and lasting impact.
Within every teaching, encounter, and challenge, S.A.L.T. provides essential tools and concepts designed to develop leaders and foster collaboration across generations. When generations cease competing and begin partnering, the advancement of the Kingdom is marked by increased power, clarity, and unity. Leadership transcends mere skill; it embodies surrender, formation, and a gradual calling that originates not from a microphone or stage, but from deliberate choices, servant-hearted actions, and a committed dedication to a higher purpose. At Swamp Corps summer camps, we have observed how God plants seeds of influence in the most unforeseen circumstances—whether during a quiet one-on-one interaction with a camper, while managing logistics under challenging conditions, or through private moments of prayer. S.A.L.T. emerged from these profound experiences. It represents a purposeful journey for young individuals prepared to move beyond mere participation toward meaningful purpose. This program fosters the discovery of one’s calling, the refinement of character, and a redefinition of leadership rooted not in charisma but in the development of Christlikeness.
This program centers on transformation occurring within community, through challenges, and in communion with God. It serves as a platform where potential aligns with preparation. In a culture that often celebrates visibility and fame, S.A.L.T. invites leaders to embrace humility and faith, expressing their leadership through love. And in every S.A.L.T. leader, there's a story being written. One that's still unfolding. One that might already be stirring inside.

Its purpose is to inspire Kingdom Kids to become Kingdom Leaders and to reorient seasoned Kingdom Leaders toward a spirit of partnership, encouraging them to engage and empower the younger generation rather than caging them in anonymity or judgment. S.A.L.T. is designed for those who have embraced the weight of responsibility and stepped forward despite challenges; for those who have experienced the fulfillment found in quiet obedience and seek deeper purpose; for individuals who understand that leadership is defined not by position but by posture.
