S.A.L.T. is more than a leadership program—it is a generational bridge.
It forms Kingdom leaders who are rooted in identity, equipped with purpose, and growing in relational partnership across generations.

Rooted in the Spirit-filled culture of Swamp Corps, S.A.L.T. operates through two dedicated tracks—Younger Generation and Older Generation—each formed through two progressive modules. Together they build a pathway from personal transformation to shared mission.

HOW S.A.L.T. WORKS — Two Tracks, Two Modules, One Bridge

Module I - Kingdom Formation

Establishing Allegiance and Identity

Module I forms the foundation for both generations by re-anchoring leadership in the Kingdom of God. Participants are invited to confront competing allegiances, reorder priorities, and align their lives under the reign of King Jesus. Younger participants are called from being Kingdom Kids to Kingdom Leaders, while older participants are invited to re-examine leadership through the lens of humility, stewardship, and Kingdom allegiance.

This module establishes a shared theological and relational language, ensuring that leadership is shaped not by pressure or performance, but by conviction, loyalty, and trust in God’s rule.

Module II - Relational Alignment

From Leadership to Partnership

Module II is where transformation becomes relational and generational.

For the Younger Generation, Module II focuses on identity and intrinsic motivation—forming leaders who understand how God sees them. Through Scripture and blessing, shame is removed, peace is cultivated, and leadership flows from confidence rooted in God’s delight rather than external approval.

For the Older Generation, Module II reframes leadership as partnership. Seasoned leaders are formed to move from managing outcomes to creating space—offering wisdom, extending trust, and providing spiritual covering so the next generation can lead with faith and courage.

The Bridge Moment

At the heart of S.A.L.T. is a powerful shared experience:

While both tracks engage the same biblical blessing (Numbers 6:22–26), each receives it in a way uniquely formed for their season:

• Younger leaders hear: “This is how God sees you.”

• Older leaders learn: “This is how God calls you to see them.”

This shared blessing becomes the bridge—a sacred structure built from both sides of the generational divide.
